These terms and conditions are applicable every time you access our website and/or order goods from our website.
- How the contract is formed between you and us
2.1 You may place an order to purchase a product advertised for sale on the site by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the “Confirm Purchase” button on the “Shopping cart” page.
2.2 After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail (the “Order Confirmation”) from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving an order number and a summary of your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the “Dispatch Confirmation”). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
2.3 The contract will relate only to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
2.4 We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
2.5 We may be unable to process your order if:
The product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued;
There is a problem with authorisation of your payment
- Our cancellation, returns and refund policy
3.1 We wish to make all transactions as smooth as possible, happy customers mean repeat business for us, with this in mind we have a generous return policy within a 28 day period after delivery.
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will issue a full refund straight away. You need to contact us before returning any products for a refund or exchange.
Where you decide to cancel an order after we have despatched the products, you will be under a duty to return them to us. All such products should be returned via recorded/registered mail within 28 days after the products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original product packaging. After you cancel your order and return the products, any sum debited for the products will be refunded to your credit card / debit card / PayPal account. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within two working days. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds for products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within seven days of receiving the order back from you.
We are unable to process your refund or exchange until we receive the product back. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. You will also need to pay for any further shipping costs if you are exchanging an item.
If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a product is faulty, you should return the product to us after contacting us. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us.
We cannot cancel your purchase when you return your product in a used condition, if you purchase any loose perfume oils and have tried a little (a drop or two) and don’t like it, we are perfectly happy in refunding or exchanging the item.

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
- Processing your orders and payment including our security policy
5.1. The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
5.2. These prices do not include VAT as we do not charge VAT and exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options as set out in Shipment Information.
5.3. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
5.4. We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards and Paypal by completing the relevant details on the Sage Pay page.
5.5. By using a credit/debit card or Paypal to pay for your order, you confirm that the card/account being used is yours. All credit/debit card/Paypal account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card/Paypal payment in accordance with your order.
5.6. Our Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a Product’s correct price is different from the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
5.7. If the product is out of stock we will issue a full refund within 48 hours.
5.8. We use Sage Pay to collect/process transaction information’, more information on Sage Pays security policy can be found at http://www.sagepay.com/security_policy.
5.9 You can change the currency on our site to get an estimated amount in your local currency. Our website currency conversion tool uses the latest market rate, but this rate will not be the same as your bank or PayPal. The final checkout currency will always be in British Pounds (GBP), you will be shown an exact GBP amount before making payment on the secure Sage Pay website.
- Delivery policy
6.1 Delivery times are as follows:
Royal Mail First Class – 1-3 working days (estimated as not a guaranteed service) after dispatch
Royal Mail Second Class – 3-5 working days (estimated as not a guaranteed service) after dispatch
TNT Courier Service – 1-2 working days after dispatch (only available for large orders)
Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next working day after dispatch
6.2 Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the stated time periods, we cannot guarantee delivery to be on time or accept liability for deliveries made outside these timescales. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
6.3 All items are subject to stock availability.
6.4 When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

11.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12. Return policy
We offer FREE RETURNS up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please check the following Q/A for how to return.
12.1 Return for ONLINE CUSTOMERS:

Please email us with the order number and we will send a return authorisation number. Customer needs to cover the return cost.
b. When to return?
We offer RETURNS up to 28 days after delivery.
c. Can I return use item?
No, the item needs to be unused and in its original condition. We retain the right to refuse a refund or exchange on an item if it is returned in a condition that is not fully sealed or the packing is damaged.
We always recommend our customers to buy 0.20, 1ml, 3ml testers if you don't know the fragrance as we only accept returns tester.
Any items has 0.20ml or 1ml, we will not accept return of 3ml of that perfume oil.
We do not accept return for sizes over 3ml; because of hygienic reason we can not use them anymore (e.g.- 6ml, 12ml, 24ml, 36ml, 50ml spray and 100ml spray).
d. What to do if I order wrong item?
If your goods is not what you expected or you change your mind, we are unable to refund the delivery.
You can exchange the item with your desired item but the customer needs to bear the return cost. Once we receive the item, we will send the item that you want.
e. When can I expect my refund?
Refund will be processed once we receive the item in desired condition.
f. What should I do if I receive faulty item?
Although we anticipate that every item will arrive in fine condition, on the extremely unlikely occasion that you do receive one that appears to be faulty, you can return it by emailing us with the order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order for the team to help you, please make sure you take pictures of the damage and email it to us.
g. What should I do if I receive wrong item?

12.2 Return for Retail STORE CUSTOMERS:
a. Can I return?
Yes, depending on the item you took. We only take return for ready made spray perfumes in their original condition, sealed and unboxed.
We do not take any return for any kind of perfume oils and customised spray as the customers buy the products by choosing the oil themselves and also because of hygienic reason we can not use them anymore.
As such, we do not accept any kind of return or exchange for perfume oils which the customer bought inside the store according to their choice.
