**Shipping Guide**

Prior to dispatching your order, we might need to verify your information with your card provider. We strive to minimize any possible delays in this process. 

We try to dispatch an order which comes before 10 am on the same day and any order after 10 am will be dispatched on the next working day

Any order coming on Friday after 10 am will be dispatched on Monday (Note: if any Bank Holiday falls on Monday then the order will be dispatched on the day after the Bank Holiday). 

We will try to process your order as soon as possible upon order confirmation but allow us to a timeframe of 24/48h to fully process and provide update on your order.

 

For International Customers, we will try to minimise the potential delays as much as possible and keep our customers satisfied. However, we are not responsible for any delays that happens because of custom clearance.

 

**Shipping Options**

 

Free Shipping (UK ONLY): For all orders above £25.

Royal Mail 1st Class (Trackable): £2.99  [Only for orders below £25]

 

International Shipping (DHL): £25 [USA Only / Based on weight under 2KG] / Please check prices for the other countries at checkout. [Most secure option for International Shipping]

International Economy Shipping (Not applicable for USA Customers):  £18.99 [Not Recommended because of limited tracking and longer delivery time/ No Perfume Spray (50ml, 80ml or Any EDP) Allowed]. 

Please use DHL Service for any kind of ‘Perfume Spray- 50ml, 80ml or any EDP’ you want to order for International Shipping.

Your order will be canceled if we receive orders of any ‘Perfume Spray’ using Economy shipping option to reduce any future Customs issue.

We will try to ship all the other items except ‘Perfume Spray’  when customers use this option.

 

**Return Guide**

Note: It is highly recommended to buy the smaller size of an item to try before you go for the bigger version if you are uncertain about the product as we do not accept any returns unless there is a mistake from our side which rarely occurs and we try to resolve them as soon as possible / you can return only unopened products to us (To comply with industry-standard hygiene policy, we do not accept returns of used items, as most of our oils are roll-ons that come into direct contact with the skin. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers).

 

  1. Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

 

  1. Contact Customer Service: If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order via contact@luxuryscent.co.uk. Kindly provide your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.

 If your return request meets our criteria we will authorise the return as soon as possible.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, you will be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be initiated and credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

 

  1. Shipping Costs: Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

  1. Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your purchase invoice or note down your order number when you return a parcel to expedite the processing of your request and issue a refund as soon as possible.

 

**Refund Guide**

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request. Here are some important details:

  1. If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to process the refund may vary based on your payment provider's policies.

  1. Shipping fees paid for the initial order will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

  1. Please allow for some processing time, as the refund process can take several business days depending on your payment provider.

  1. Any unauthorised return will not be refunded.

 

**Sale Items**

Any item on SALE unfortunately can not be be returned unless the item received is faulty or there is an error from our part and as such can not be refunded. 

Only the regular priced items may be refunded once it meets the criteria.

 

**Damaged or Defective Products**

 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@luxuryscent.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. 

We will try to work with you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

 

**International Return & Refund**

Following the return & refund criteria above, international customers can return an unopened and unused product but the return shipping cost needs to be paid by the customer.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at Contact@luxuryscent.co.uk so that we can solve the situation by sending replacement or issuing a refund.
