At Luxury Scent, we are committed to providing a delivery experience that is smooth, reliable, and transparent. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order.
Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly during working days.
Orders placed before 10:00 am (UK time) are prioritised for same working day dispatch, where possible. Please note that this is not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Orders placed after 10:00 am on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day, which is usually Monday, unless this falls on a UK bank holiday.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order value, destination, and selected delivery service.

Order Tracking

Europe and US 7 - 10 working days
Rest of the World 7 - 14 working days
Express
1 to 3 working days (Europe and US)

Bank Holidays & Seasonal Delays
Deliveries may take longer during UK bank holidays, public holidays in destination countries, or peak periods such as seasonal sales. Our warehouse and courier partners observe national holidays, which may affect both dispatch and transit times
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Luxury Scent has no control over these charges, as they are determined by local customs authorities.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Any reshipment may incur additional charges.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may contact you directly or leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us uncollected, additional shipping fees may apply before resending.
Receiving Your Order
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you promptly.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Luxury Scent, we take great care to ensure every order is prepared and dispatched with attention to quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of fragrance products, particularly perfume oils and sprays that come into direct contact with the skin, we operate a strict but fair returns policy in line with industry standards.
Important Note Before Purchasing
We strongly recommend purchasing sample sizes or smaller formats first if you are unsure about a fragrance. This allows you to experience the scent before committing to a larger size.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, once fragrance products are opened or used, they cannot be returned or resold.
If you are uncertain about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order. Our team is always happy to guide you and help you choose the most suitable option.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
You have received a faulty or damaged item
You have received an incorrect item due to an error on our side
Product must be in an unopened and original condition
Such cases are rare, and we aim to resolve them promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Anything opened or used items.
Sale or discounted items.
Products returned without prior authorisation.
This policy is in place to comply with industry-standard hygiene regulations, particularly as many of our oils are roll-on products that come into direct contact with the skin.
Condition of Approved Returns
If a return is approved:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Any item showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Clear photographs, if the item is damaged or incorrect.
If your request meets our criteria, we will authorise the return and provide further instructions.
Note: If it is a fault form our side, we will provide you with a return label, otherwise customer needs to cover the return cost if it full-fills all the return condition.
Refund Process
Once an authorised return is received and inspected:
We will notify you by email of the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
Unauthorised returns will not be refunded
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered, provided that:
The returned item is unopened and unused.
The exchange request meets our return criteria.
All return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Testers/samples or any smaller item of any category can’t be exchanged or returned.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@luxuryscent.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
International Returns
International customers may return an unopened and unused item only if it meets the criteria above.
All return shipping costs and any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If an international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the matter by replacement or refund.
