Amber Oud Gold. Each drop of Amber oud gold has been carefully crafted to make it a true masterpiece. The base notes being amber and vanilla will welcome you with its spicy and fruity notes infused with apple, pepper, melon and musk, while at the heart of it you will find the sweet woody notes of orris and cedarwood giving a holy heavenly sensation.

Oud Extreme. Oud (in Arabic Oudh) is valued strongly by perfumers for its warm sweetness mixed with woody and balsamic notes. This perfume resembles its name which will open up with fresh citrus notes of bergamot, delicate floral-green accents of lavender and spicy balsamic shades of sage. Warming amber notes, blended with smoky wet woody earthy vetiver, perfectly balanced with patchouli will work as a mood-enhancer, allowing the brain and body to relax with the calming down of emotions.

Royal Nights. As the name suggests, this perfume blend has a deep and rich sensation, beginning with notes of Nutmeg, pink pepper, cinnamon, Italian Tangerine. At the heart, you will find Guaiac Wood, Vetiver, Cedar, Sandalwood, and birch which is known for its fresh, warm yet soothing vibe. The base notes being Amber, Vanilla bean, musk, Agarwood will stay throughout the day leaving you with feelings of confidence, stillness and tranquillity.

White Water. Ever imagined being more powerful than being just sexy? Our idea was to take that feeling and turn it into a fragrance. A bold, woody fragrance being proactive from the start with juicy and ripe Clementine and wild blackberry. Followed by the tingling sensation of creamy woods and sweet vanilla orchid making you feel wanted yet out of reach. The warm note of Vanilla Orchid will be the driver of a whole idyllic atmosphere, giving the mood needed for that perfect moment. This is one of our most concentrated fragrance, just as pure as White Water.

Order Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, our team will begin processing it within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for each order depends on the shipping method selected during checkout and the destination address. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 1 - 3 business days
• Express Shipping: Guaranteed Next Day by DHL (Order by 11:00am Mon - Thurs)

International Shipping: We do ship all over the world.

• Economy Shipping: 7 - 12 business days.
• Express Shipping to USA, EUROP via DHL: 1/2 working days.
• Express Shipping to rest of the world via DHL: 2/5 working days.

**Return and Refund Policy**

At Luxury Scent, we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we have a simple and transparent return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

**Returns**

Our return policy is as follows:

1. **Contact Customer Service**:If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order via [email address/phone number]. Kindly provide your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.

2. **Original Packaging**:To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

3. **Return Size Limit**:Please note that we do not accept returns for items larger than 3ml in size (e.g: 6ml, 12ml, 24ml, 36ml and 1ml Pure ouds). This size restriction is in place to ensure product integrity and safety. Also we dont accept return of any size of pure oud, pure rose and pure musk.

4. **Shipping Costs**:Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

5. **Proof of Purchase**:Include a copy of your purchase invoice with your return to expedite the processing of your request.

**Refunds**

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request. Here are some important details:

- If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to process the refund may vary based on your payment provider's policies.

- Shipping fees paid for the initial order will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

- Please allow for some processing time, as the refund process can take several business days depending on your payment provider.

**Exchanges**

Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. If you would like to receive a different product, you will need to return the item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.

**Damaged or Defective Products**

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

**Return for Retail STORE CUSTOMERS**

We only take return for ready made spray perfumes in their original condition, sealed and unboxed.

We do not take any return for any kind of perfume oils and customised spray as the customers buy the products by choosing the oil themselves and also because of hygienic reason we can not use them any more.
