The Eid UL Adha collection comes with the finest perfume oils. Each perfume oil has its own unique characteristics. All these are premium quality and long lasting. These fragrances comes in 6ml bottles with a nice branded collection box, ideal for gifts.

Amber Oud Gold. Each drop of Amber oud gold has been carefully crafted to make it a true masterpiece. The base notes being amber and vanilla will welcome you with its spicy and fruity notes infused with apple, pepper, melon, and musk, while at the heart of it you will find the sweet woody notes of orris and cedarwood giving a holy heavenly sensation.

Eternal Dream: A fragrance that captures the majestic beauty of a nation noted for its magnificent cedars. A smell full of mysteries, this blend of vanilla, fruits, royal jasmine, cedarwood, musk, and spices is fascinating and full of charm that wants to attract the crowd around you without even realizing it. This is not only a fragrance but also a way of eternal elegance, the 'Eternal Dream'.

Oud Extreme. Oud (in Arabic Oudh) is valued strongly by perfumers for its warm sweetness mixed with woody and balsamic notes. This perfume resembles its name which will open up with fresh citrus notes of bergamot, delicate floral-green accents of lavender and spicy balsamic shades of sage. Warming amber notes, blended with smoky wet woody earthy vetiver, perfectly balanced with patchouli will work as a mood-enhancer, allowing the brain and body to relax with the calming down of emotions.

Royal Nights. As the name suggests, this perfume blend has a deep and rich sensation, beginning with notes of Nutmeg, pink pepper, cinnamon, and Italian Tangerine. At the heart, you will find Guaiac Wood, Vetiver, Cedar, Sandalwood, and birch which is known for its fresh, warm yet soothing vibe. The base notes being Amber, Vanilla bean, musk, Agarwood will stay throughout the day leaving you with feelings of confidence, stillness, and tranquillity.

Order Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, our team will begin processing it within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for each order depends on the shipping method selected during checkout and the destination address. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 1 - 3 business days
• Express Shipping: Guaranteed Next Day by DHL (Order by 11:00am Mon - Thurs)

International Shipping: We do ship all over the world.

• Economy Shipping: 7 - 12 business days.
• Express Shipping to USA, EUROP via DHL: 1/2 working days.
• Express Shipping to rest of the world via DHL: 2/5 working days.

**Shipping Guide**

Prior to dispatching your order, we might need to verify your information with your card provider. We strive to minimize any possible delays in this process.

We try to dispatch an order which comes before 10 am on the same day and any order after 10 am will be dispatched on the next working day.

Any order coming on Friday after 10 am will be dispatched on Monday (Note: if any Bank Holiday falls on Monday then the order will be dispatched on the day after the Bank Holiday).

We will try to process your order as soon as possible upon order confirmation but allow us to a timeframe of 24/48h to fully process and provide update on your order.

For International Customers, we will try to minimise the potential delays as much as possible and keep our customers satisfied. However, we are not responsible for any delays that happens because of custom clearance.

International Economy Shipping (Not applicable for USA Customers):  £18.99 [Not Recommended because of limited tracking and longer delivery time/ No Perfume Spray (50ml, 80ml or Any EDP) Allowed].

Please use DHL Service for any kind of ‘Perfume Spray- 50ml, 80ml or any EDP’ you want to order for International Shipping.

Your order will be canceled if we receive orders of any ‘Perfume Spray’ using Economy shipping option to reduce any future Customs issue.

We will try to ship all the other items except ‘Perfume Spray’  when customers use this option.

**Return Guide**

[Note: It is highly recommended to buy the smaller size of an item to try before you go for the bigger version if you are uncertain about the product as we do not accept any return unless there is a mistake from our side which rarely occurs and we try to resolve them as soon as possible / you can return only unopened products to us.]

1. Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Contact Customer Service: If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order via [email address/phone number]. Kindly provide your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.

If your return request meets our criteria we will authorise the return as soon as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, you will be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be initiated and credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

3. Shipping Costs: Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

4. Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your purchase invoice or note down your order number when you return a parcel to expedite the processing of your request and issue a refund as soon as possible.

**Refund Guide**

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request. Here are some important details:

1. If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to process the refund may vary based on your payment provider's policies.

2. Shipping fees paid for the initial order will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Please allow for some processing time, as the refund process can take several business days depending on your payment provider.

4. Any unauthorised return will not be refunded.

**Sale Items**

Any item on SALE unfortunately can not be be returned unless the item received is faulty or there is an error from our part and as such can not be refunded.

Only the regular priced items may be refunded once it meets the criteria.

**Damaged or Defective Products**

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@luxuryscent.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will try to work with you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

**International Return & Refund**

Following the return & refund criteria above, international customers can return an unopened and unused product but the return shipping cost needs to be paid by the customer.
