White oud wood beard oil has a soft, buttery, lightly spiced smell with Fresh floral wood and cardamom fragrance.
Our white oud wood beard oil is created with 100% organic ingredients. All of the ingredients used in this product are COSMOS certified. We have used sweet almond oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, argan oil and pure vitamin E as ingredients. These ingredients are skin-friendly, lightweight and easily absorbable. These organic ingredients will stimulate beard growth day by day. The woody fragrance will make you smell good as well as feel good.

All Beard oil and beard balm come in an amber glass bottle. Glass bottles extend the shelf life as oils are light sensitive & must be stored in dark amber bottles to protect them from UV light rays and oxidation. Organic oil not packaged in dark bottles will lose potency & become Non-effective.

Sweet almond oil is a nut oil and cannot be guaranteed free from traces of allergens. Please be aware if you have a nut allergy.
Order Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, our team will begin processing it within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for each order depends on the shipping method selected during checkout and the destination address. Approximate delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 1 - 3 business days
- Express Shipping: Guaranteed Next Day by DHL (Order by 11:00am Mon - Thurs)
International Shipping: We do ship all over the world.
- Economy Shipping: 7 - 12 business days.
- Express Shipping to USA, EUROP via DHL: 1/2 working days.
- Express Shipping to rest of the world via DHL: 2/5 working days.

**Return and Refund Policy**

**Returns**
Our return policy is as follows:

- **Original Packaging**:To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- **Return Size Limit**:Please note that we do not accept returns for items larger than 3ml in size (e.g: 6ml, 12ml, 24ml, 36ml and 1ml Pure ouds). This size restriction is in place to ensure product integrity and safety. Also we dont accept return of any size of pure oud, pure rose and pure musk.
- **Shipping Costs**:Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
- **Proof of Purchase**:Include a copy of your purchase invoice with your return to expedite the processing of your request.
**Refunds**
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request. Here are some important details:
- If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to process the refund may vary based on your payment provider's policies.
- Shipping fees paid for the initial order will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

**Exchanges**
Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. If you would like to receive a different product, you will need to return the item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.
**Damaged or Defective Products**

**Return for Retail STORE CUSTOMERS**
We only take return for ready made spray perfumes in their original condition, sealed and unboxed.
We do not take any return for any kind of perfume oils and customised spray as the customers buy the products by choosing the oil themselves and also because of hygienic reason we can not use them any more.
